Before you apply, make sure you:

• are a UK taxpayer aged 18 years or over
• have your UK bank or building society account details
• have an email address that, ideally, isn't shared with anyone else
• are happy for us to check your identity, address and bank details electronically (online)

The personal information we have collected from you will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. Our Privacy Notice tells you how we use and store your personal data.
